Summary:
The perfect and divine universe is at the center of all creation; it is the eternal nucleus around which the vast creations of time and space revolve. Heaven is a colossal, absolutely stable central Core Island that stands motionless in the very center of the majestic eternal universe. This central planetary family is called Havona and is located at a great distance from the local universe of Nebadon. It is of colossal size and practically unfathomable mass, uniting billions of spheres of unimaginable beauty and staggering grandeur, but the capabilities of the human mind are completely inadequate to achieve the true scale of this vast creation.
Havona is a single, unchangeable, flawless and complete totality of worlds. It represents a fully created and perfect universe; it is not the result of evolutionary development.
The Purpose of the Central Universe
During the current space age, Havona serves as a site for many types of ultra-extreme activities, including the myriad varieties of absonite and other stage intellectual and spiritual functions. It is possible that in the central universe there are many assignments not revealed to me, for a whole range of its functions are beyond the comprehension of created reason. Yet I will attempt to describe how this perfect creation satisfies the spiritual interests and contributes to the well-being of seven categories of universal intelligent beings:
1. The Universal Father - First Source and Center
2. The Eternal Son - The Second Source and Center
3. The Infinite Spirit - The Third Source and Center
4. The Supreme Being - the evolutionary union of the empirical Deity
5. The Only Begotten Sons-Creators
6. Identical Guardian Daughters
7. The Ascending Evolving Mortals
The Rai-Havona system
From the periphery of Paradise to the inner limits of the seven superuniverses, there are seven states and movements of space:
1. The tranquil zones of intermediate space coming into contact with Heaven.
2. The three circles of Paradise and the seven circles of Havona, rotating clockwise.
3. The spatial zones of relative calm separating the Havona circle from the dark gravitational bodies of the central universe.
4. The inner belt of dark gravitational bodies rotating in a counterclockwise direction.
5. The second unique space zone separating the two orbits of the dark gravitational bodies.
6. The outer belt of dark gravitational bodies rotating clockwise around Heaven.
7. Third spatial zone - a zone of relative rest, separating the outer belt of dark gravitational bodies from the inner circles of the seven superuniverses.
P. Paradise - a fixed central Core Island - the small diameter is 4 billion light years. The large diameter is 1/6 larger than the small. The thickness is 400 million light years.

Central Divine Universe Havona - 1 billion spheres
1. First round of Havona
2. Second round of Havona
3. Third round of Havona
4. Fourth round of Havona
5. Fifth Circle of Havona
6. Sixth Circle of Havona
7. Seventh Circle of Havona
More than thirty-five million worlds are in the inner circle of Havona, and more than two hundred and forty-five million worlds are in the outer circle, their number increasing proportionally in the direction from the inner circle to the outer.
A semi-quiet space zone
IR. Dark gravitational bodies (inner) - tubular form of three circular groups located one inside the other.
A unique space zone - there is nothing like it anywhere in the entire vast universe. This area is characterized by colossal wave-like movements and is filled with colossal energy activity of an unknown type.
OR. Dark gravitational bodies (outer) - organized perpendicularly, the height exceeds the height of the inner belt ten thousand times. The height of the outer belt exceeds fifty thousand times its diameter.
