The Force Organizers transform the primordial force [also called pre-energy unresponsive to the gravity of Heaven] into primary or force energy - the energy passing from exclusive obedience to the Unconditioned Absolute to obedience to the gravity of the Paradise Island. They are then replaced by secondary power organizers who continue the process of converting energy from the primary to the secondary, gravitational-energy stage.

 

   Rulers of Universal Energy. They represent a unique group of living beings engaged in intelligent energy regulation throughout the great universe:

3. Chief Physical Regulators.

4. Rulers of Morontia Energy.

 

      The rulers of the Morontia Energy unite the material and spiritual energies. They provide 570 morontia forms: 8  in the local system, 71 in the constellation, 491 in the Salvington spheres.
